近くのお寺にお参りしたあとお昼近くになったので、いつも列があって訪店できなかったこちらに。開店まで少し時間があったので店頭に並んで開店とともに人店。早速。メニューをみてセイロと天ぷらを１点オーダー。カウンター席なので厨房で料理の様子がよく見えました。こまかな作業をされていました。待つこと20分程でそばがやってきました。早速、そばをつゆにくぐらせて一口。細めの角があるそばで腰といい喉越しが最高でした。つゆも甘くもなく程よい感じ、そうこうしているうちにキスの天ぷらが来ました。いんげんと平茸？（名前忘れました）が塩と天つゆとセットで。熱々です。タイミングを見計らって揚げてくれているようです。で、あっという間に完食です。ちょっと物足らなかったのですが、次の予定もありお会計に。落ち着いて食事ができるお店です。外に出ると列ができていました、次回もタイミング合えば寄らせていただきたいお店でした。
