新しく出来たオデッテに来てみた。オデッテの内村シェフは直近はダイマス系のワインバーだったが、以前はアンフォールやビストロブルゴーニュ(オールアバウトのフレンチガイドの嶋氏がオーナーと言っていたが実際はセレブレインがオーナーだった様だ)のシェフだったと記憶している。
ギリギリの予約だったからかアラカルト対応との事で
ワインはペリエール ヴィオニエ(880円)をオーダーし料理は出て来た順に
生ハムサラダ(1280円 たっぷりのサラダに程よい生ハムにアクセント)
北海道ニシンのテリーヌ(1180円 ニシンのテリーヌって珍しい。ちょっと煮凝りっぽいジュレが味が濃い)
ワインはアリキ ピノノワール(780円 飲みやすい)
牛トリップ 大腸小腸のブランデー煮込み(1680円 美味しい)
パスタなどもあったが、今日のところはここまでにして会計。カードも使えた。
