We purchase rice and meat directly from our hometown of Tottori Prefecture, and use ingredients typical of Asakusa in our cooking. Careful attention is paid to taste and appearance. We put a lot of effort into creating each piece, so please enjoy each one carefully. The menu only offers selection courses made with plenty of seasonal ingredients.
