浅草橋の素敵な中華料理店
平日ランチを頂きに、13時過ぎに入店。口コミにあったように満席で1組待ち。15分くらいで席に通される。
ランチは、このお店名物の坦々麺をチョイス。スープは挽肉と干しエビの旨みが出てる奥深い味だけど、私の苦手なラー油強めの辛さだったので、食べるのにひと苦労。。美味しかったけど、次は他のメニューかな、、でも、美味しかったです！
デザートは、プーアール茶のゼリー。初めて食べたけど、上のカラメルクリームとちょうどマッチしてて美味！デザートは中華料理店定番の杏仁豆腐だと思ったのでポイント高し。
店内は意外と3000円のランチコースを頼んでる方が多くて、そのせいかゆったりした空気が流れてました。接客も丁寧にして頂いて、とてもいいランチでした。
お会計はPayPay払いもできるので便利。
ランチの他のメニューも美味しそうだったのでまた近いうちに再訪したいと思います。

Fu Shan also serves lunch on Saturdays. Thankfully last order is a little late, at 2pm. ★Opening time ◎Saturday, just before 1:30pm. There were four other groups of customers in the restaurant, about 30% full. We were able to get a seat right away. ★What we ordered this time ◎Set lunch (soup noodles with homemade shrimp wontons and grilled pork) 1,200 yen For the soup noodles, you can choose between knife-cut noodle and thin noodles. We chose thin noodles. The soup noodles were topped with grilled pork, a soft-boiled egg, and shrimp wontons. The shrimp wontons had a whole big shrimp in them, so they were very filling. The saltiness of the soup was just right. It was also nice that when we sat down, they brought us cold tea instead of water (^^) The dessert after the meal was jasmine jelly. It wasn't too sweet. It was delicious! Thank you for the meal~
