鮮度も抜群で美味しくいただきました。難を言えば締めの蕎麦が2:8よりも小麦粉が多い気がしたのだけが残念...
大将の釣ったのどぐろがうまかった。前菜の春キャベツのサラダ、刺身の盛り合わせが絶品。そんで、日本酒がうまいな。酸味のある日本酒という境地を知った。
