黒壁に映える「玉椿」の文字や重厚な扉がものすごく立派なお店。
一回は黒を基調としたセンスの良い和空間。
二階は既存建物の意匠性をいかしつつテーブル席を設けたリノベーション建物だ。
そんなオシャレな環境でありながら、提供される料理はどれもお手頃。
看板料理の一角を担うのは燻製料理、中でも「真サバのくんせい」は、ダントツの一番人気らしいです。すごくジューシーで美味しいです。
脂が乗りふんわりした身を口に含めば、芳醇で奥深い薫香が駆け巡る。しばしの余韻に浸りつつお酒を楽しめます。
運が良ければ、オーナーが釣った天然魚に出会えるので日々書き換えられる黒板のチェックも怠り無くみてみてください。
料理の紹介ばかりですが、メインはあくまでお酒でお蕎麦は脇役と言うのがオーナーさんのこだわりらしいです。
ただお蕎麦は絶品ですので、是非一度食べてみてください。
