夜１階のカウンターに座りました。
お酒はビール焼酎日本酒梅酒。ワインはありません。
焼酎が４０種類近く揃っています。
お店のオススメの焼酎「そ鉄」はウィスキーのような色がついて味もまたちょっと香ばしいような風味が良かったです。
また、日本酒は、卓上のメニューには書いていないものも多く用意されてました。日本酒は何があるかお店の人に尋ねてみてください。たまにワイングラスで日本酒を飲んでいる方がいたのですが、もしかしたらリーデルの吟醸グラス？と思いましたが、私が飲む日本酒はなかなかそのグラスにはあたりませんでしたｗ。
梅酒についても、「同じ会社の杏酒もありますよ。」など、メニューには無いのをお店の人に薦められました。
このお店は店員さんになんでもきいてみるのが一番のようです。また店員さんもよく気がついてくれて楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。
卓上の用紙で注文する関西風おでんは、魚の出汁がきつく感じそれほど美味しいとは思いませんでした。
黒板に書かれた今日のオススメメニューは菜の花、たらの芽、ふきのとう、新たけのこ、新じゃがなどの「春」な創作料理が並びどれも美味しそうでした。
特に新たけのこ焼きジェノバソースは、頼まなくて後悔。
シメの仕上げ蕎麦は細くてのど越しのよい冷たいお蕎麦。つゆは醤油のきつい濃いめのつゆでしたが。そば湯は鉄瓶に入ってやってきました。
焼酎のボトルキープもできるようだし、馴染めばカウンターで１人ビールとあてとお蕎麦って利用もできそうだし、また来たいと思います。
