今回も旬のおまかせコース￥6050 にて訪問させて頂きました。
コースの内容は以下の通りにて、
旬の前菜・お造り・さばくん・カマンベールチーズの燻製・旬の天ぷら・特選イベリコ豚の陶板焼き・仕上げ蕎麦にて、
正に日本酒を美味しく飲むために開発されたであろうこだわりのメニューばかりです。
こちらの名物料理さばくんと日本酒は最高に合いますし、仕上げ蕎麦もとても美味しいです。
なお、こちらのお店の日本酒は大将に「日本酒お願いします」とお伝えすると、順に料理に合う銘柄を提供してもらえます。
毎回記憶が怪しいのですが、ビール→日本酒5種類ほど飲ませて頂いて、お料理のコースと合わせて、お一人様1人1.1万円(税込)ほどです。
毎度の事で申し訳ございませんが、お話とお酒に夢中になりお料理の画像を撮り忘れておりまして、誠に申し訳ございません。
