まずは瓶ビール。しっかりキンキンに冷えてていい。お通しの生ハムも美味で料理の期待が上がります。
お店の名前にもある鳥の七味揚げは手羽とササミかな？じっくり揚げててしっとり柔らかで辛味はない。
むしろ黒七味とやげん七味をかけて頂きました。
お刺身の盛り合わせはマグロ、サーモン、イカ、ホタテ、タイ、タコと新鮮な魚介がたっぷり！
しかもワサビは練りじゃなく、刻みワサビというのもポイント高い。
大ぶりのブロッコリーとタマゴにマスタードとマヨネーズで和えたサラダもちょーどいい。
あと響の水割りが500円ってのもすごくいい。
高いくせに薄ーく作る店とかありますが、ここはきちんと注いでくれます。
料理もお酒も接客も雰囲気もコスパも、とにかく総じてイイお店なのでリピート確定です。
他のメニューも食べてみたいし。
