どうも、さぴおです。
本日紹介するのは『ジョンティ』さん
こちらは浅草橋にある人気のフランスはアルザス料理の名店
リーズナブルに楽しめるお店ですね。
1か月前に電話にてお昼営業の予約。
訪問した後でスタッフに再三再四にわたり注意されましたが
アラカルトを頼む場合には予約時に注文してほしいそうです。
その日のコース料理が具体的には分かりませんが、アラカルトの場合は
食べるものが決まっているならば予約時に注文しておきましょう
特段、予約時に注文しなくても注文自体はできますが
スタッフから注意されます。気をつけましょう。
コース料理Aで魚料理を選択。
・前菜のサラダ
・サーモンのムニエル
・デセール
・コーヒー
アラカルトでは
・豚肉のゼリー寄せ
・シュークルト
・ビフレスカス
ゼリー寄せは軟骨感というかコラーゲン感というか
予想よりも癖が強めの食べ物ですね
シュークルトな酸味がほんのり香り
肉がトロトロ、ソーセージの素朴さ。
アルザスがドイツの国境近くということを感じられてよかったです。
