Order details: Bone-in chicken thigh confit 1,200 yen Food/drink rating: Chicken thigh confit: The meat was soft and chewy, probably because it had been thoroughly boiled in oil, and the skin had a crunchy texture. It is also served with mustard and rock salt, and is quite delicious. However, it can't be helped because of the price, but it lacks a sense of volume and there is a slight odor. The accompaniments are carrot rapé with cumin, salt-boiled green beans, and buttery radish glacé. Each one is unique and interesting. Bread: The bread had a good wheat aroma and was delicious. Olive oil was also included, but it was enough without it. Salad: Salad with mainly leafy vegetables and shredded radish and carrots. The dressing has just the right amount of garlic and is delicious. Soup: Vegetables such as crepe cabbage, carrots, celery, and tomatoes, and bacon soup. It was delicious, but since there were so many types of vegetables and plenty of them, I didn't think bacon was needed as the stock was sufficient. Coffee: A slightly bitter coffee. It tastes not bad considering it's a lunch service. I mentioned some negative points, but they are all small points, and basically I get the impression that the food is carefully prepared. Also, I think it's a good point to be able to see that they are devised so that they can be provided at a reasonable price. Evaluation of the restaurant and service: The interior is calm, but the spaces between the seats are a little narrow, so some seats may be uncomfortable. The cleaning is done properly and there is a feeling of cleanliness. The customer service was very polite and I had a pleasant meal. Even though it was lunch, I was impressed by how they showed me off outside the store after paying. Since the store opened in a downtown area, I thought it would be great if they could continue to provide this kind of customer service so that they could become familiar with the area. Revisit: Reasonably priced and delicious, I would definitely like to visit again. This time I enjoyed French cuisine, but I think you can also enjoy Italian Cuisine, as the name of the restaurant is Itameshi, and pasta and cotoletta are also on the menu. I want to try them next time.
