鴬谷に出張中、お昼を取る所を探して、「ふぐ料理、割烹」という文字と店前のお昼のお品書とお値段を見て、お伺いしました。入口側にテーブル席と小上がりがあり、奥にカウンターがあり、厨房がある造りになっています。
メニューが１０種類以上あり、お魚料理も肉料理もあり、またほとんどは千円以下と、ありがたいお店です。その中からお刺身定食を選びました。
ご飯、絹さやと豆腐のお味噌汁、香の物、茶碗蒸し、カボチャ煮、お刺身がセットになっていました。バランスと質の良さに感動しました。
お刺身は、タコ、貝柱、白身、鮪の赤身です。どれも新鮮で質が良いものだと感じました。特に、貝柱の甘さは素晴らしかったです。添え物の海藻や大根のツマまで美味しく頂いてしまいました。
茶碗蒸しもカツオ出汁の風味と香りが立っていて、美味しかったです。良いお店を発見したと思います。また、お昼に利用させて頂きたいと思います。
隣席の方が頼まれた天麩羅定食もかなり気になりましたので、次回はそれにしようか・・・、今、悩んでも仕方ありません。
敢えて、一言追加すると、たまたま、目に入ってしまったのですが、料理しながらのタバコを遠慮頂けると、本当に助かります。
