2021年11月某日の11時過ぎに訪ねた。
鶯谷駅を出て徒歩5分ほどの場所にあるふぐ、活魚の「いちふく」。
程好い広さの店内には先客2名。
カウンター席に1人で座り、ランチメニューから「お刺身定食」¥900を注文。
刺身の準備がされているようで、3分ほど待って提供される。
まぐろ、鯛、タコ、帆立の刺身が盛り込まれている。そこに小鉢料理、茶碗蒸し、ご飯、味噌汁、漬物が付く定食。
4種の刺身をつまみながらご飯を食べる。まぐろのクオリティが良い感じ。
小鉢料理は鶏肉と大根の煮込み。少々冷たくなっていたが、味が滲みてご飯のおかずとしては程好い。
椎茸入りの茶碗蒸しは良いアクセントになる。出来れば銀杏入りが食べたかった。
刺身のバリエーションが良い感じなので、最後まで定食を楽しめる。味噌汁の具材がなめこというのも個人的には嬉しい。
程好いボリュームの定食を満喫した。海鮮食材を使ったランチが楽しめる「いちふく」の定食。
食べている間に続々と来店客があり、常連が多いような印象。
店内は清潔感があって居心地の良い店であったので、夜の利用も試してみたいと思う。
