On this day, I heard that there was a blowfish restaurant near Uguisudani Station where you could eat puffer fish at a reasonable price, so I took them there. This time I'll probably try the blowfish course. First a highball, then hot sake. It's been cold lately, so hot sake is my favorite. [b: Appetizer boiled blowfish] Actually, it's 3 pieces. When I ate one slice, I realized I didn't take a photo. [b: live tiger sashimi] Can I eat all of this? ! I don't think I've ever eaten this much. I like leather. It is extremely delicious when eaten with grated autumn leaves. [b: Deep-fried blowfish] There are bones, so be careful. I also really like fried blowfish. [b:Blowfish chawanmushi] How luxurious. I never thought I would be able to enjoy fugu in chawanmushi. [b: Katsu Torachiri] I had it with ponzu sauce. Fugu is refreshing, so this delicious ponzu sauce makes it even more delicious! Did you drink too much? Before I knew it, it was already rice porridge (lol) [b:zosui] I haven't eaten blowfish, but I love zosui with delicious soup stock. It's definitely delicious. And a gentle taste. Here, we have Shirakoyaki, which is not included in the course. [b: Grilled Torafugu Shirako (seasonal only)] It's small, so it's easy to eat. Fluffy, melty and delicious!
