なかなか見かけることのない、福井料理を看板とするお店。
駅前のビルにひっそりと入っているが、ほぼ予約で満席の人気店らしい。
福井県と言えば、日本酒『黒龍』ということで、早速注文。
新鮮で大ぶりな生牡蠣や甘エビも美味しかったけど、気になるのは『ふぐの卵巣のぬか漬け』。
猛毒を年単位で発酵させて分解するのだとか。
これは紛うことなき珍味だわ。
日本酒に抜群に合います。
珍しい福井料理に感心し、満足しました。
