地元の方に教えられ、焼き鳥の味が忘れられず２回目の来店。
Pa`akai (パッカイ) はハワイの言葉で塩という意味だそうです。
店内はサーファーでもあるオーナー夫婦の趣味でしょうね

何回か伺ってますが、たまに自分の中の焼き鳥切れになると主人と一緒に伺います。
赤富士鶏という鶏らしいです。下町の焼き鳥っぽくなく、一本一本が大きめで、お肉を食べてる感がたまらないです。

この店は地元の人なら知ってるであろう店。
入り口は焼き鳥をやってる店という感じではない、
地方にありそうな少しこじゃれた感じのバーという感じ。

カジュアルな雰囲気に反して、味は頭一つ抜けてる。
このお店はコロナ禍で歩いているときに知りました。
在宅勤務だったりしてウロウロすることが多く。
夜の営業制約があるからなのか、元々なさっていたのか存じませんが、お弁当を販売なさってました。
