以前張り切って店に行ったら満席で入れなかったので、わざわざネット予約して伺った。
オープンの12時の予約時間よりやや遅れて到着したのだが、他の予約客は既に始まっていた。

あの新御徒町の「天ぷらみやこし」で修行した大将が腕を振るうが、今年で開店して10年経つんだそう。
そしてここ3年連続ビブグルマン獲得店。それも知らなかっ...
今回は天ぷらを食べに入谷まで行ってきました。
東京メトロ日比谷線入谷駅から徒歩10分程度と少し遠い分、閑静な住宅地の隠れ家のようなお店。
4人がけテーブル1席とカウンター席8席程度のこじんまりした...
予約しての入店。
満席でした。
コースで頂きました。
満腹大満足です。
しかし、満席で皆ワインを頼んでいたためか
ワインが品切れになってしまい残念でした。

基本無口な大将は淡々と天ぷらを揚げていきます。
特に会話とかはしないタイプです。
天ぷらは淡泊な感じでわりと暑めの衣がしっかり食材を包んでいます。
衣は私の好みとは異なるタイプでした。
