Food Enjoy fluffy and juicy Nagoya Cochin cooked over Bincho charcoal
Welcome to our specialty store where you can enjoy pure Nagoya Cochin in Tokyo. We only purchase our meat from Inagaki Breeding Farm in Kasugai City, Aichi Prefecture. Even though it is Nagoya Cochin, it has less odor and the fat is delicious.It is carefully grilled over Kishu Bincho charcoal to fully enjoy the goodness of the ingredients. Instead of the usual bamboo skewers, I chose iron. The far infrared rays of the charcoal grill and iron skewers allow for efficient heat transfer, allowing you to enjoy fluffy and juicy chicken without having to overcook it.

Our menu only includes selection course. We offer 5 types, 7 types, and full courses. You can also enjoy our carefully selected Nagoya Cochin food with fresh chicken sashimi. It has little odor, so even those who don't like it will definitely enjoy it. In addition, we use fresh, juicy vegetables sent directly from farmers. From everyday use to special occasions, please fully enjoy seasonal ingredients.

We have about a dozen types of each, mainly Japanese sake and wine. The good thing is that you can taste private brands that are part of the Sake Club and are not distributed at our store. We have tasted each one one by one and have selected drinks that are perfect for Nagoya Cochin. We also carry craft beers from all over Japan!
