お刺身は津本式で、結構なねっとり系です。
ジビエは人生初のダチョウ！
こんなに癖がなくて食べやすいとはじめ知りました。
鹿肉の低温調理仕立ては、血をソースにしておりますが、臭みがなく、フレンチでいい感じでした。
生ポテトフライは、蒸してから揚げている、露店のじゃがバターのじゃがいものような感じで、中はホクホク、外はサクサクです。
面白い食べ物が食べられて楽しかったです！
