1階に出ていた本日のサービスランチメニューに目が止まって。
「西日暮里駅」から歩いて3分ぐらいにあるビルの2階。
『定食 酒 きのや』
奥行があって広めで清潔感のある店内。
オールテーブル席、ラジオから静かに音楽が流れて。
「生カキフライ」を目当てにお店に入ったけど、
メニューを眺めていたら目移りしちゃって。
アジフライ定食、チキンカツデミグラスソースがけ定食の
3品と迷っていたら店主さんに「生カキフライ」がお勧めとのことで。
■生カキフライ定食 990円 ※限定3人前
小鉢も付いて、思っていたより見た目お得感あり。
わかめとねぎの味噌汁、美味しかったですよ。
魚のアラの出汁感あるような気がした・・・。
ほかほかの美味しい～ごはん。
香物は、かぶときゃべつの浅漬け。
小鉢は、天つゆに付けられた縦割りのちくわ天。
これが何気に美味しいんですよ。
さて、問題はこのカキフライ。
付け合わせのきゃべつとトマト、
胡麻ドレッシングがかけられて。
このタルタルソースも美味しかった！！
刻んだきゅうりや玉子がたくさん入っていて。
小粒が6個、ザクザクと粗めの衣。
揚げる油があまり良くないような。
まずは、2個は何も付けずにそのままで。
ジューシーな身だけど、ん・・・、
苦味とクセがあってヤバい予感が。
3個はタルタルソースを多めにつけて。
残り1個はからしを付け、ソースをかけて。
時期的なのか、それとも鮮度感なのか、
この「生カキフライ」非常に残念・・・。
最初、産地を尋ねても分からないとの返答だったので、
大丈夫かなぁ・・・っと思ったんだよなぁ～。
