The giblet stew served in a large bowl is made with 4 types of vegetables and plenty of domestically produced giblets, making it a signature dish that is sure to satisfy in both taste and volume! We use two types of miso, red and white, and chicken stock, and prepare them the day before to let the flavors infuse. The offal is intentionally made to be firm enough to not be too soft, so you can enjoy the texture. It has a strong flavor, so it goes great with rice as well as with alcohol.

Our fish dishes, including sashimi, are made with fresh seafood purchased from Adachi Senju Market that morning. For the fried horse mackerel, the ingredients are carefully selected by the owner, and the ingredients are carefully prepared and dressed.
