This is an Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) located near the APA Hotel, a few minutes walk from Nippori Station. I was looking for a restaurant for dinner and it was empty so I went in. We have a complete Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) menu, and the prices are reasonable. The potato salad was homemade and had fried eggs on top. Is tuna the main ingredient, such as kama, fried chicken, and boiled tail? There were many staff members, probably from China. Besides, the menu had things like shrimp mayo and Gyoza / Dumpling (they were delicious), Ramen, and fried rice. Eventually, customers came in with suitcases and we were given directions in Chinese. I guess it's run by someone in China. The decisive moment was when I ate the "luxury Kaiou sea urchin salmon roe Sushi". The Sushi rice was warm, and it wasn't even vinegary (lol). Maybe I should have eaten more Chinese menu items. I could use a credit card for payment.
