Fresh pasta manufactured at our own factory, New Okbo, in Chiba Prefecture. Using only Canadian durum wheat, our artisans carefully create each product one by one using the no-heat method used in Italy, the home of pasta. The chewy pasta noodles are carefully seasoned by the chef, creating a masterpiece with a fluffy wheat aroma. There is also a menu limited to the Nezu store, so be sure to give it a try!
