Visited before 12:00 on Sunday. I visited without making a reservation, but it seemed to be almost fully booked, and I was told that seats could be prepared until 12:30. In a hurry, I asked for more soup for my one plate lunch and it was provided immediately. The main course was bone-in chicken thigh confit and Hamburg, and the accompaniments were Spanish omelet and carrot rappe, followed by radish and cabbage. The soup is a potage of various vegetables. You can choose rice or bread, but the rice was mixed grain rice. Everything was delicious, including the garnishes! In particular, the chicken thighs are so smooth that they come off the bone cleanly without using your hands. The flavor was also rich! Hamburg was so soft that I could easily eat it with chopsticks, but it had a meaty texture that I liked! The one-plate lunch of 1,298 yen is a good deal, and I was very glad that I ordered the vegetable potage for an additional 330 yen. Thank you for the meal.
