ずっと気になっていた隠れ家レストランをやっと訪問。アミューズからデザートに至るまで、素材の味や食感を活かしながら、繊細さと旨さと意外性のバランスが完璧な品々に感動しました。特にトリュフの下のじゃがいもがソースと卵黄の旨味をよく絡めていて絶品。
他の口コミにもあるとおり、料理が出てくるのはとても早かったです。
