千駄木駅から徒歩 ５分。
谷中商店街からも然程遠くない、
古民家を活用した隠れ家的鰻屋さん。
入口の設えもなかなかなもので、
知らないと少したじろぎそうなぐらいかな
中に入ると、応接セットに座って、
少し待ちます。向かいでは、ガラスの先で
捌いて焼いていますが。 メニューを
眺めてオーダーを考えたので、焼いて
いるのは見ていませんでした。
急な階段を上って２階へ
畳の上にゆったりとテーブルが、配置されて
寛げそう。
先ずは、熱燗と
骨煎餅。 うなぎの串も8種類どあって
肝、ヒレ、白バラ、バラ、くりから と
５種類を頂いた。 380円と手頃だが、
少しサイズが小さいかな。
白バラ 尻尾の方の身に葱がのって一番お勧め
熱燗をお代わりして
いぶりがっことチーズ
最後のしめは
上鰻 と ひつまぶし ともに 3,800円で
飲物、デザート付とお得かな。
愛媛の純米酒石鎚を頂きます。
大きな鰻 とっても脂がのっています。
食べすぎのお腹に、かなり厳しいです。
相方の櫃まぶしの方が、出汁と併せて
丁度よいかも。
天然物の 大鰻は良いけど、養殖は
腹減らしていただかないとね！
