最近大人気になりつつあるこちらに来れた。まだ比較的予約は取れそうで有り難い。根津ということもあり落ち着いた客層。
こちらは比内地鶏を使っており、コース8,500円で単品の串も色々追加できるスタイル。
焼き物は、全てこだわりが伝わってくる感じで、焼きはもちろん美味いが、添えられているホースラディッシュや粒マスタード等がより味を引き立ててる。大将はイタリアンの経験もあるのだとか。
寿司屋みたいに逸品メニューも割と多く、コースで色々楽しめる。ササミの昆布締めは初めて食べたけど最高に美味かった。
有名系列店に比べて雰囲気も良く、大将やスタッフさんも気さくに話しかけてくれるので居心地が良い。
