本日訪問したのはCise。
Ciseは、東京都台東区池之端にあるビストロ・パン屋です。
Ciseは、北海道の食材を中心とした創作ビストロ料理を展開する傍、こだわりのパンを展開しているお店。
今回上野に宿泊する機会があり、ディナーにパンを食べたく訪問することとしました。
店舗に到着すると、本日は貸し切り営業となっていました。側にパンが少し置かれており、以下をオーダーしました。
くるみと大麦のチャバタ
くるみの食感がアクセントとなり大麦の風味も良く感じる美味しさ
全て大きめのパンで、コスパの良さがありますが、半分で販売してくださると複数買えて嬉しいなとも思いました。ご馳走様でした。
