For the yakitori, we use fresh "Takumi no Daisen Chicken" from Tottori Prefecture, slaughtered that morning. The owner personally skewers each large skewer, which is then carefully grilled over binchotan charcoal upon order. Enjoy the soft and juicy texture achieved by the exquisite grilling process. The rare white liver, available in limited quantities, is popular with customers for its odorless, melt-in-the-mouth texture. A simple salty flavor and finishing sesame oil aroma, with a change of flavor from wasabi, make this a masterpiece. We also have sauces with flavors that are easy to eat for a wide range of ages.

We want you to lift your spirits with a draft beer! With that in mind, we thoroughly manage the server, glasses, barrels, and gas pressure in pursuit of delicious draft beer. We also offer popular tea-based drinks using premium shochu, and unsweetened 100% fruit juice sours that go well with food. We always have more than five types of Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) available, mainly Nikka whiskey, as well as rare brands discovered by the owner.
