[Nippori/Sendagi] I think there are many people who don't often land in this area! ? I found another wonderful shop after being introduced to it by my favorite friend and his wife. It is about a 10 minute walk from Nippori Station and 3 minutes from Sendagi Station. The inside of the store is small with about 8 seats at the counter. The relationship with the once-in-a-lifetime customers is also very good, and we are starting all at once. ◆Course 10,000 yen ◆Crab and sea urchin chawanmushi You will feel truly happy with this chawanmushi filled with your favorite crab and sea urchin. ◆Sashimi of yellowtail and milt The sashimi is made of yellowtail and milt. The yellowtail has no odor at all, and the ponzu sauce makes it very delicious. This dish has a generous amount of Shirako, so you can enjoy the texture. It's nice to have a little bit of it in the center of the plate, but it's nice to have a generous amount of it. I'm so happy that they generously feed me so much food. ◆ Eight inches of squid You can enjoy squid in a variety of ways! I'm happy because I love squid! All of them make use of the original taste of squid, but are completely different and impress me. Although it was standard, the salted fish was very delicious. ◆ Grilled mackerel stick sushi It's a wonderful dish with the live feeling of being grilled right in front of you and receiving it by hand. The rice stuffed with mackerel is so satisfying and delicious! After all, the final process of ``broiling'' seems to be important, and it's a wonderful technique that brings out the texture and aroma. ◆Fried shrimp and crab filling The moment you open the lid, there's plenty of crab. Fried shrimp sweet potato has a sticky texture that is very delicious. It was a really happy dish as I was able to eat it with the warm bean paste till the end. ◆Fried oysters Fried oysters with plenty of mimolette cheese. I've eaten many kinds of fried oysters, but pairing them with cheese is new. ◆ Clay pot rice and side dishes I was looking forward to the clay pot rice! The rice was so moist and smooth that I found myself asking for a second helping. Side dishes include classics such as grilled salmon and mentaiko. It goes well with the mushroom soup and I'm glad I was born in Japan! It was a moment that really made me think. ◆Figs and white Chocolate White chocolate and Chocolate go so well together! A surprising dessert. I would like to buy as many as you want if they are on sale! It was such a delicious meal. Each one is carefully made and truly delicious. I'm very happy to have found such a wonderful shop. I look forward to hearing from you again.
