会社帰りに寄れるお店を探している時に、その日からオープンというこちらのお店を訪問。
凄く良さそうな雰囲気だけど、看板には何のお店か書いていないので、どういうお店か伺ったところ、季節の懐石コースと日本酒のペアリングを軸にした、本格的な和食が味わえるお店との事。
せっかくなので、和食大好きな妻と美味しい食事が大好きな部下を誘い、後日3名で予約させて頂きました。
予約時から苦手な食材など丁寧に聞いていただきました。
妻が妊婦中だったので、アルコールやカフェイン、生ものを控えて頂くようお伝えしました。
コースのお料理にそれらをしっかり反映して頂けただけでなく、
お冷をお願いした時にも妻には温かい物をご用意して頂いたり、
終始、丁寧であたたかいサービスをして頂けました。
お料理は、スーっと身体に染み込むような優しい味付けと美しい盛り付け。
一捻り加えた食材の組み合わせが絶妙で、自然と一口食べるごとに目をつぶって味わってしまいます。
それぞれの料理とベストマッチする日本酒を合わせて頂けたりもして、お料理との最高のマリアージュを味わえます。
コースだけで我慢しようとしてたんですが、アラカルトも気になる物ばかりで5品ほど頼んでしまいました。
妊娠中でお酒を飲みたくても飲めない妻の横で、お酒もどんどん追加してしまいました。
自分と同世代のご主人と奥様でお店をやられていて、楽しくお話しもさせて頂き、大変満足感のあるひとときを過ごさせて頂きました。
妻がお酒を飲めるようになったら今度は2人で日本酒と和食をがっつり楽しみたいと思います。
