何度か最近利用してます。
特選はらみが美味しすぎて、いつも彼の分と2人前ずつ頼みます。
だいたい頼むものは同じなんだけれど…

ご飯系やスープ系はいつも頼まないので美味しいのかは評価できないですが、いつもいく豊洲のスタミナ苑の究極はらみと同じ部位？もしくは近い部分を使ってると思います。
とても柔らかくてジューシーで、あんまり火を入れないで食べるのがだいすき！笑笑
わたしは焼肉は塩胡椒レモンだけで食べるのですが、お肉の味がダイレクトに伝わって来ますね(*´∇｀*)
ホルモンも余計な脂がなく、
火も上がることがないので根っからのホルモン付きの方からしたら物足りないとは思いますが、くどくないのであっさり食べれます。
〆は抹茶ソフトクリームがなぜか定番化してますww
