Our buckwheat flour is made from fragrant buckwheat noodles grown with integrity throughout Japan, including Hokkaido, Ibaraki, Nagano, and Shikoku. For customers who want a second helping of ``Seiro'', we serve soba from a different region than the first one, so they can enjoy the difference in taste.

The tables are set wide so you don't have to worry about the customers next to you, and the space is spacious. Just casually eat soba by yourself, have a quick drink before the soba, and finish off with soba. You can use it in such a stylish way.
DrinkFocusing on pure rice sake, we have a selection of delicious sake that goes well with soba and soba noodles.
Just like the food and snacks, the sake is only prepared with what the owner, Mr. Hosokawa, thinks is delicious. Enjoy a moment of bliss as you enjoy the soba-mae, which changes depending on the season.
