休日の夜に家の者と予約をして伺いました。場所は、住吉駅A2出口を出て四ツ目通りを錦糸町駅方面に100m程進んだ左手。私たちは錦糸町駅から向かいましたが、10分掛からずに到着しました。
入店します。名前を告げると左手奥の小上がり席に案内されました。厨房の前に位置する掘りごたつ式です。
座布団がまだだったので、バサっバサっと準備を。ご愛嬌と言うことにしましょうか。
座ると、お通し330円×2のゼンマイと糸こんにゃくの炒め煮と、本日のお勧めメニューを渡されます。
まずは飲み物の注文。ホッピー赤セット462円と生搾りレモンサワー462円。ホッピー赤は初めて見たし、存在を知らなかった。何でもホッピー発売55周年を記念したもので、55ホッピーが正式名称。ビールに一番近いビアテイスト飲料の味に仕上げているとか。いただくと、確かに爽やかさがありますね。中お代わり330円を一度だけしました。
アテの注文です。お造り盛り合わせの五点盛り1,738円を。カツオをリクエストして入れていただきました。そして、なまこ酢528円。五点盛り、見た目がきれいです。4切れずつなのでちょうど良い。内容は、カツオ、ヒラメ、ブリ、アジ、〆サバ。カツオとヒラメは旨みあり。〆サバはちょうど良い〆具合。
酒を変えます。グランドメニューではないものをいただきましょう。壁に貼られた中から、しぼりたて純米生原酒真野鶴770円。佐渡市の酒蔵。続いて、しぼりたて本生特別本醸造かたふね770円。上越市の酒蔵。かたふねは潟舟と書くとか。両者とも淡麗の多い新潟県の酒にあっては、しっかりとしていて好み。
アテの追加は、地どり串418円、せせり串440円、自家製玉子焼418円。串物は1人前2本で提供されます。締まって旨い。玉子焼はちょっと塩っぱく、甘みがない。これは残念。
カジュアルな雰囲気ですが、しっかりとしたアテと酒をいただくことができます。
