PR for restaurants |
This is a famous miso-based yakitori dish that originated in Bushu Matsuyama (Higashimatsuyama, Saitama).
In Higashimatsuyama, yakitori means pork head. It first started with smearing it with a spicy miso sauce. Please try it with local Saitama sake. We also sell yakitori for takeout! We have also started
... a new menu for the summer! When the weather is humid and unpleasant, refresh your mood with some delicious alcohol and food! Our original "yakiton beer" that goes well with yakiton has also been revived! Please enjoy "yakiton beer" with yakiton! We have started serving fried oysters! We also have seasonal menus such as a la carte dishes using autumn eggplant. You can also take yakitori home! We are also accepting reservations for takeout, so please contact us! (※Some a la carte dishes are also available for takeout. Please contact us at least 3 days in advance for large orders.)
