Immediately after ordering the bara chirashi, I was asked if I wanted miso soup, and I reflexively said yes. Well, the ingredients were carefully chopped and beautifully colored, so I ate it before taking a photo, and that's how it turned out. To be honest, I usually have trouble with the wasabi, but today it was just the right amount of accent and I ate it all up. I wish more customers would come.
