錦糸町北口駅前の通りを西にいった先のホテルレバント東京内のブッフェレストラン。
3日間限定でデザートブッフェが開催されるとのことで行ってみることに。
今回利用したのは、「苺とチョコレートのデザートビュッフェ(¥3000)」。
初日の平日を1週間ほど前に予約サイト経由で予約。
ちなみに次回開催はGWとのことで不定期開催なようす。
15時30分スタートで10分ほど前に到着、すぐに案内が始まりました。
平日だったので席は7割ぐらい、初めこそは並びますがあとはゆっくり選べます。
開始は時間通りでドリンクは時間前から取りに行ってもいい感じ。
店内はL字型で料理が並ぶコーナーも幅広く、ドリンクコーナーも2ヵ所に。
乳幼児は無料ですが離乳食のコーナーまで用意されていました。
ドリンクはソフトドリンクバーにティーパック、グルメコーヒーも2種。
途中でバラとキウイのカクテルサービスもあり充実。
食事系として、カレー2種、ピザ2種、ライブキッチンのパスタ2種が。
サラダはシンプルですがドレッシングは4種、果物も4種揃っています。
デザートは25種ほどかな。ソフトクリームにフルーツサンドやミニデニッシュなども。
ケーキ類は2-3口とどれもミニサイズでいろいろ楽しめます。
どれも外れなくおいしいものでしたが気に入ったのは以下。

・本日のパスタ
・パンプキンスープ
・ベイクドチーズケーキ
・バスクチーズケーキ
・チョコムース
”ピザ”はキノコクリームとマルゲリータ。
ピザ窯で焼いているのかな、もっちもちの生地にたっぷりのチーズが。
”本日のパスタ”はカルボナーラとトマトと菜の花のクリームが。
特に菜の花のほうはツナと和えていてカニクリームっぽい印象が。
出来立て温かでパスタはモチモチとレベルが高いです。
グルメコーヒーもフルーツ系とチョコ系に合うものが用意。
チョコ系は深入りの苦みが強い、フルーツ系は酸味のあるあっさりした味わい。
ゼリー系はちょっと甘いですがカットフルーツがちゃんとトッピング。
チーズケーキは濃厚でねっとりマイルドな味わいで満足感が。
価格も手ごろな設定でデザートのクオリティもなかなか。
なによりデザートバイキングで食事系がおいしいのはポイントが高いです。
久々の利用でしたが肉とか油っこいものがないのでなんか物足りず。
なかなか質の良い内容だったので通常のバイキングも利用してみたいです。
