最近、外食で思うのは、砂糖入ってるなー。ってこと。
甘さはすべてをごまかすというか、味を平均化する。
だから、ファミリーレストランやチェーン店でそうした味は、ウンウン、そういうもんダヨネー!と思っていたけど、ホテルビュッフェでそうした感想を持つとは思わなんだ。でもビュッフェは楽しい。
○美味しかったもの
ローストビーフ…端っこの固いとこ食べたかったけどボンボン投げ捨てるシェフ。あの切れ端、賄いのチャーハンに使われますように。ホースラディッシュで美味しくいただきました。
牛ステーキ…固いお肉、サイコロー! わさびでいただくと美味。ただ焼いてから時間たってると美味しくないのでご注意を。
パイナップル…生パイナップルは美味しいな!
ベイクドチーズタルト…安定感。
わかさぎ揚げ甘酢…安心感。
○そのほか
小松菜の江戸野菜ピザは微妙。
カレーも甘く、白いカレーうどんも甘く、砂糖に頼る味付けで、なんかファミレスのセントラルキッチンの味なんです。
そういえば海鮮もなかったなー。サーモンとかも。
