30席もないこじんまりとした雰囲気の中です。
シェフとの距離感もとても近くて、アットホームな肩肘はらないイタリアンです。
店主は銀座の行列店、数寄屋バーグで腕を磨いて独立。
ご自身もハンバーグが大好きで、有名店をくまなく食べ歩いているそう。
王様のブランチでも紹介されたようです。

実は、まったく期待もせずに入店して、だって、適当に入っただもん。。

お通しのコンソメのジュレ！から一気に食欲全開！笑
びっくりにしました。。スープもしっかりした味わいのあるもので、美味しい〜♡
そして、メニューは、1皿500円（税抜）のタパスもございます。
サーモンカルパッチョ、マグロとアボカドのタルタル、若鶏のカリカリ焼きを。

これがめちゃくちゃ、めちゃくちゃ、美味しかった。
これだけでも食べに行きたい。
