This is a restaurant that serves Chinese Hunan cuisine and homemade mee hoon. We also have a wide selection of alcoholic beverages that go well with the dishes. We are looking forward to seeing you, whether you are alone or in a large group. こちら錦糸町駅北口降りて信号渡り、左側2本目の路地を進んでいくとあります。
毛沢東氏の出身地、湖南料理店は日本ではあまり見かけないですが、中華圏ではメジャーなジャンル。四川省は「麻」（痺れ）が強い麻辣なのですが、湖南省は「酸」（酸味のある）辣（辛い）。湖南料理は略称、湘菜と言われてますよね。
本日はこちらで０次会、瓶ビールを飲みつつ、オーダーは酸豆角肉丝と焼売。
酸豆角肉丝は酸っぱいささげの豚肉炒め。わたくし湖南料理は好きなんで、中華圏に行くと湖南料理屋さんを探し、この酸っぱいささげとビールの組み合わせが大好きでした。辛さは上海の湘菜並みで控えめですが、それでも日本で言うと超辛くらいでしょうか。酸味と豚肉の旨みが交わり、味深く美味。美味しい湘菜と言ったら、まさにこの味わいです！
そして焼売、米焼売で中華ちまきのような餅米が入って蒸してます、味付け含めて激うまです。湖南じゃないですが、上海で「焼売」と呼ばれているものはむしろこれでしたねー。
毛沢東氏の愛した豚の角煮、紅焼肉も美味いだろうけど時間切れ。でも中華圏に良く伺っていた身としては、久しぶりに本格的湖南テーストを少しですが食べれて大満足。
東京では貴重な湘南料理店、今度はいろいろ食べにぜひ伺いたいと思いました。
