久々に錦糸町に来ました。
今日は何か美味しいものを食べたいと思って調べて来ました。
12時30分頃にきましたが、余裕で入れました。
豚バラしいたけ炒めのせ米粉
丸麺1100円で注文しました。
パクチーやピーナッツ、肉バラなどいろいろな
具材が載っています。
まずは、よく混ぜて麺と絡めました。
香辛料の香りが前面にでてきます。
花椒の香りかな。ピリッときます。
パクチーの香りも負けていません。
丸麺がスルスル入ります。
最後に具材が丼の底に残りますので
スプーンで掬っていただきます。
丸麺なので、少し、具材との絡みがしずらかったかな。
平麺のほうが具材を巻き込んでいただけるのかな。
