日数が迫っている中で、都合に合う日時に予約ができるお店を探していたところ、食べログの新店検索で見つけました。

日本酒は小が150cc、大が300ccです。
色々味わいたかったのて小で進めてましたが、亀井戸からはじまり亀井戸で終わりました(≧∀≦)
お猪口が選べ、迷わず切子のものをチョイス。選べるのは楽しみのひとつです。
サラダ、刺身盛り合わせ、錦爽鶏は通常メニュー、揚物と茄子の刺身はホワイトボードの限定メニューです。
ホワイトボードの写真を取り忘れましたが、約半分が魚介類刺身でした。
刺身盛り合わせは公式HPのクーポンで1品追加していただきました。(クーポンは期間限定)
甚五右衛門芋は山形のご当地里芋と教えてもらいました。
揚物は個人的には生麩(よもぎ麩でした)目当てだったのですが、料理は芋メインだったので、生麩と半々だと個人的に良かったかな。
熊本赤茄子はお塩でいただきました。
フルーツのようで口直しにぴったりです。
熊本赤茄子や甚五右衛門芋も豊洲で仕入れているそうです。
初めて耳にする食材に出会えるのは楽しみでもあるので、少し時期を開けてまた伺いたいです。
行った日の来客は自分たちと常連さんの2卓で、お店は店主さんお一人で切り盛りされてました。
忘年会シーズンもひと段落したそうで、お互いにゆったり過ごせました。
