7月29日にオープンしたばかりの大人洋食Bistro1996に家族で来てみた。1階は羊料理の店の2階。オープンキッチンの店だ。席数の割にはスタッフが多く、スマホのオーダーの入力画面と実際のメニューの連動性がイマイチのようで間違ったオーダーが入ったりするのはオープン直後故だろう。
飲み物は私と妻が、ナウエン・グラン・レゼルバ・シャルドネ20 チリ（税込748円）X2
娘は炭酸水（税込¥418）X2
お通しは枝豆冷製スープ(税込550円)X3 ちゃんとしている
パテカンとシャルキトリーの盛り合わせ（税込2,992円）美味しい
ジャンボマッシュルームのサラダ（税込1,188円）シンプルな美味しさ
4種のチーズ盛り合わせ（税込1,408円）ブルーやカマンベールなど4種
アデュレーション・ピノ・ノワール（税込968円）X2
仔羊の低温調理 生胡椒とシンプルなジュ（税込2,992円）きれいなロゼで美味しく焼けている。
炭火の牛ハラミマスタードソース（税込2,728円）しっかりした歯ごたえ
ひとくちバスクチーズケーキ（税込528円）、自家製クリームブリュレ（税込528円）、日向夏のシャーベット（税込528円）小さなデザートもちゃんと美味しい
食後のコーヒーがないのは残念。メニュー自体は（特に羊などは）洋食というよりネオビストロっぽいちゃんとした仕上がりだった。
