フランス大統領が絶賛したフレンチシェフの店
フランスのシラク大統領は相撲が大好きなフランス人で、相撲が開催されると勝敗の結果だけでなく、決まり手まで大使館員に報告させていた。
当然、両国の国技館に相撲観戦は頻繁にやってくる。国技館から最も近い美味いレストランはどこだと言うことになる。
在日フランス大使館員も探したことだろう。
レストランコバヤシがなぜ選ばれたのかは、わからないけどシラク氏は小さなビストロまで知り尽くしていた。
フッシュ大統領との会食もパリの小さなビストロで行われた。
食と相撲、日本に対する探究は死ぬまで終わらなかった。
そんな逸話を修善寺の旅館経営者から聞いたのだ。
3ヶ月に一回のペースで、食べに行っているけど毎回、美味さに感激してる。

コスパ最強のフレンチであることは間違いない。
新潟の網で捕まえた鴨は美味い。
毎年のことなんだけどカスベと迷うのだよ。
でも、予約の段階で「鴨」を指定してソースもオレンジソースと指定。
期待通りの料理が出てきた。
久々にセート風パスタも出てきたし。
イカ墨のパスタ美味し‼️
ホタテの火入れも完璧でしたよ。
また、来月行きますね。
