色々なお店(フレンチ店)で食事をすると関係者からおすすめされる事が多く今回行って来ました。現在行われている某カード会社関連のフランスレストランウィークのランチメニュー5000円を予約。こちらはレストランなので服装にも気を使い緊張しながらの訪問。

をいただいて来ました。今秋初秋刀魚はアボカドとリンゴのパートで被せたもの。それだけでも美味しく添えられている肝のソースをつけるとさらに秋刀魚らしく感じる。ハマグリはフレッシュチーズやビーツ、パパイアなど添えられ見た目楽しめ美味しくいただく。３種のパンのうちバゲットが最も好みの味。メインの鶏肉のフリカッセは五種類のきのこ、栗が添えられコニャックの香りが素晴らしい。最後にクリームたっぷりのクレープをいただきました。周りはみんな品数の多いコースを頼んでいましたが納得でもっと色々味わいたいと思いました。サービス、料理の提供タイミングも素晴らしかったです。
