思ったよりも優しい味のお弁当
会議でこもりっきりの際に配られたのがこの升本のお弁当だった。今まで、こちらのお弁当を食べた事が一度位はあったかもしれないが、はっきりとは覚えていない。
ＨＰでみてみたら、8月すみだ川海苔しその実ご飯（1290円）と言うお弁当だったようだ。
弁当の構成は以下の通り。
口取 : 玉子焼き・鰈香味焼・鴨ロース・帆立煮・鶏つくね・蜆大仙・おあがり・中華クラゲ・蓮ウコン
野菜煮物 : 冬瓜・人参・筍・椎茸・蓮根・インゲン
御飯 : 海苔しその実御飯
こだわりの逸品 : 亀戸大根たまり漬け・南蛮漬け（青唐辛子を熟成させた辛い薬味）
この価格帯のお弁当は、化学調味料の味が強い物が多いが、こちらの弁当は、優しい味わいで想像していたよりもずっと良い出来だった。煮物も程よい味付けで、魚も美味しかった。
鶏つくねの味わいがちょっと安っぽかったのと、しその実ご飯のボリュームは軽めだったところが不満言えば不満だが、充分満足いくレベルだ。

会議で出てきた升本の霜月弁当。二段弁当で今月は牡蠣ご飯だった。亀戸升本の弁当はリーズナブルな割には美味しい。今日の牡蠣ご飯の牡蠣はちょっと味が濃いが全般的におかずのバランスも良く美味しいし、甘味の芋牛乳羹もなかなか美味しかった。
