週末の夕飯で利用
18:00頃の訪問でしたが、運良く待たずにカウンター席へ
単品でランダムに注文しようと思ったのですが、お得なセットメニューを2〜3種食べてから、美味しかったネタをリピートする方向に作戦変更。
★本鮪オールスター8貫にぎり
大トロ、中トロ、炙りトロ、はがしトロ、赤身、ヅケ、
ネギトロ軍艦、ユッケのラインナップ。
初めて食べるはがしトロですが、脂が乗っていて非常に美味しかったです。ユッケも想像以上の美味しさでした。
★白身炙り(そんなネーミングでした)
えんがわ、ほたて、サーモン、イカ
特にえんがわ炙りがサイコーでした。もう少し身が厚いと文句無しだったのですが...
★アラカルト
えんがわ炙り、いか、ネギトロ軍艦、かっぱ巻、納豆巻
貧乏性が抜けないため、アラカルトは手頃なネタばかりとなってしまいましたが、何故かホッとします。
約60分の滞在でしたが、非常に満足させてるもらいました。
(旬じゃなかったのか、中トロが若干水っぽかったので減点しています)
