グーグルでは評判の良いお店。
結構な頻度で店前を通ります。その度に外にある舌代に目が行く。
３年に１回くらい価格の見直し。どんどん高値の花になりますね。
お昼もやってますが特にランチメニューみたいな物はないみたい。
今回注文したのは三種あるうな重の内の一番安い竹。
３３００円です。３０００円に消費税ですね。
さて、瓶ビール６６０円で喉を潤しながら気長に待ちますか！
鰻はすでに串打ちされて冷蔵庫の中に。
蒸し器で蒸して焼き台に乗せられ１５分程で到着。
焼き台はガスかな？炭火ではありませんでした。
お待たせしましたっ！と二段カウンターの上部にトンと置かれたお重。
持ってみると重い。中々の重量です。うれぴぃー。
蓋を開ける瞬間が好き！
ワクワク感があるもんね。
鰻は大きかったです。４分の３匹分。
結構肉厚な方。ちゃんと肝吸いも付いてきます。
これで３３００円ならとても安いと思います。
タレは粘度は少なくサラサラ系。
塩気がやや強く辛口な感じです。
ご飯は３センチくらいかな。
ご飯にもたっぷりタレが掛かっていました。
