Our restaurant has been in business for over 50 years, and is currently run by the fifth-generation owner. He was once the "Japanese Champion" of amateur kickboxing, and he pours that passion into his cooking. Teppan Sakaba Godaime Marikoya is proud of its rare grilling methods, such as "Monja-yaki," which is grilled boldly without a bank. We cook each one with love, right in front of our customers. Please enjoy our proud dishes, which are made with great care, even down to the dough ◎
Food Uses two types of soup stock! Impressive Monjayaki and crispy Okonomiyaki
Monja-yaki, which is made without a bank, is a popular and original dish. It is cooked all at once, so there is no uneven cooking, and it is delicious no matter where you eat it. ◎ It is cooked in a spectacular way, with attention to detail! For Okonomiyaki, we use plenty of "tenkasu" (tempura flakes) procured from a long-established store that was founded over 100 years ago. You can enjoy the crispy texture. We use a double soup for both soup stocks, and we are particular about the taste that is unique to our restaurant.

We also recommend Teppan-yaki where you can enjoy meat and Seafood. For our Wagyu Steak, we use A5-ranked Kuroge Wagyu beef and serve it at almost cost price! The cuts are decided by what is in stock that day, but customers can choose ◎ Some are cut thickly, which is also an impressive menu item♪ We also have a wide selection of seafood, including scallops and Oyster. We basically purchase our ingredients from Toyosu Market, so we offer the freshest ingredients. Please enjoy the juicy, delicious flavors of the ingredients!
