Come together! Teppan-yaki lovers! The harmony that continues to sizzle from the iron plate is ♾️. Everyone fell in love at first sight with the fifth generation, who has a gentle personality but does something edgy. The course contents have a sense of tradition and innovation, which is hard to believe for a downtown Okonomiyaki restaurant. Tradition is always creating something new. But I said. A special course reserved for this day only! ★Raw whitebait ★Tanukiyakko ★Meat miso cucumber ★Extra large ghost scallop ★ Oyster ★A5 Steak ★Godai-me-yaki ★ Monja-yaki Naniwa Kin'yudo is also a surprising content. Slurp slurp slurp on the fresh whitebait appetizer. Tanukiyakko is a casual dish, but who would have thought that this would be the foreshadowing at the end... Don't call it Tanukiyakko. The tempura flakes ordered from a long-established eel restaurant are exquisite. The sweetness of the tofu legs makes them Usain Bolt. I won't let you call them tempura flakes anymore. A jewel from heaven. A heavenly treasure. The special meat miso may be a legendary pharmacist who adds seasonings in an exquisite balance to the meat miso. Crunching cucumbers. Probably a tropical night in midsummer in Hong Kong. From here, the haunted house begins. The scallops are as big as hockey pucks and can be eaten raw, almost like the sea. I'll have them half raw, but the butter and soy sauce will capture your heart. Oyster that came out at the same time were big and plump, and may have won in terms of flavor, but the scallops are just too big! I slurp them up too. The A5 Wagyu Steak is unveiled. It melts in your mouth. The characteristic part is the crispy surface. That's right, here we have Tenpo, promoted from tempura scraps. Spread this on top. This creates a sweet and crispy texture. There is shiso inside, which brings a refreshing breeze. It's half sauce flavor and half dashi soy sauce, and each is good and coexists. Finishing with sauce beam and agedama bomb, Mike Halfner is already huffing and puffing! I've eaten a lot in Osaka, but this is a dish that I've never eaten anywhere else and I'm addicted to it. I can go a little further, right? So, Monja-yaki. This is also made in a unique way, and when you mix the batter and broth at high speed, it's delicious! It's delicious. The dough is baked at a high temperature without creating a bank. It's done while I'm looking away. It has a gentle aroma of dashi. The mentaiko and mochi add a nice accent. This is also light because it is baked quickly. Even though I ate quite a lot, it's a flour-based dish that doesn't tire me out. I'd like to come again.
